Came upon John Tym's name by chance on the Internet. As he was local we thought it would be good if he could reproduce and very much enhance a treasured family photo which, over twenty years had deteriorated greatly.
We met and found the service excellent. We had several presentation copies of the photo made and framed and were very pleased with the outcome.
The whole exercise was slightly more expensive than we had first intended but the end result was fabulous. We think that the resulting photos were much better in colour content and overall appearance than the original!
We would certainly recommend John Tym to anyone wanting similar work done in future.

Jon was our photographer for our wedding on 17.09.24. From initial contact, first consultation, to the actual day his communication was second to none. Jon arrived early in the morning to capture our bridal prep shots and his calm and friendly manner made all the bridal party & beauty suppliers feel quickly at ease. Jon checked in with me often in the morning to make sure I was doing okay and if he could do anything for me, which I was and am so grateful for. As a bride, he made me feel beautiful. Jon fit in perfectly with all of our guests and everyone thought he was wonderful. The photographs he took are the highest standard and absolutely stunning. Jon captured the story of our day perfectly and we can truly remember all the little parts of the day through his photos. His attention to detail and his eye for certain shots is incredible.
