I am a final year music student at Leeds University. As I near the end of my time studying I am starting to think about how I will make Leeds my permanent home after I graduate. When I think about home I think about the love and comfort of caring for and cuddling my pets (a springer-dor called Bertie, a sassy cat called Jazzy and a charismatic chicken called Henrietta!) I miss my family's pets hugely and because of restrictions on my tenancy I am unable to have a pet of my own.

Dog owner since birth ;) My family owned a 40kg German Shepherd from just before I was born. Growing up I understood him to be my brother and not just a dog, so my relationship and connection with dogs feels truly meaningful. He made it to 12 years old and since then we had 3 other Shepherd rescues of all whom came from Romania in horrific conditions and we like to think we gave them beautiful lives.

Hi my situation is I've moved back to uk after living in Malta for 3 years. Which meant leaving me two beautiful babies behind. As I lived with my brother we got the dogs together which is why I couldn't bring them with me. We got Bob first a beautiful fox terrier as a puppy and a year later we got Marley the softest dog in the world he is an American Staffordshire Bull terrier - also as a puppy.
