My Name is Jacqui Turnbull, I offer a second to none Dog Home Boarding Service in the Murieston, Livingston, area of Scotland. I am also a city and Guilds Qualified experienced groomer. I hold a license from West Lothian Council for Dog Home Boarding and board a maximum of 4 dogs at any one time in my large detached home surrounded my a half acre of grounds which backs onto the Murieston trail, where I have a beautiful and safe area to exercise dogs.

There are always concerns when you have a long awaited holiday booked and are looking for a place to look after your precious dogs so look no further as I have now used K9 Friends for a second time last week. With our dogs in the care of Jacquie (owner )who with outstanding knowledge of dogs and her very successful grooming salon in her absolutely immaculate gorgeous home I instantly knew this was the place I wanted my 2 Caviller King Charles Spaniel’s to stay in PERFECTION .
Videos and messages sent to me everyday was amazingly comforting to see how well they looked on their 2 countryside walks a day plus sleeping contently with 2 other beautiful dogs ( only 4 compatible dogs boarding at one time ) .
I was very impressed by the attention to detail that Jacquie requested regarding paperwork as per West Lothian Council guidelines and this is another example of her professionalisation and dedication towards the dogs in her care .
We picked up our happy dogs in fabulous condition.

This was the first time we've had to leave our fur babies without a family member being available. Our cats are literally our children so understandably we were super anxious about it. I found Pets lunches online and dropped a messge and received a lovely and fast response. The meet and greet prior to the service really put my mind at ease and let me see that the cats would be in fantastic hands. Beau who is timid and shys away from stranger's did at first then decided to approach and give a good old sniff much to my surprise. I received photo updates and lovely comments about the cats antics which was very appreciated and gave me a little giggle. Allison did a fantastic job of taking care of our cat during the time we were away. She kept us updated daily and this was such a relief to us, knowing our cat was happy and we could relax on our holidays. We can’t recommend Allison and her business highly enough.
