Pawprints & Pups was born out of a very simple idea - provide the highest level of support and care to animal lovers and their four-legged companions. Since November 2022, we’ve been proudly supporting our pet parents throughout the Newcastle Upon Tyne area. Motivated by a passion for animals and deep understanding of quality pet care, we continue to serve a growing client base and expand our service offerings to meet their needs.

The idea for Woodland Paws came about in 2012 to commemorate our beloved family dog, Nancy, and share the genuine love of dogs and passion that we have for caring for them through offering a range of services to other dog owners. As a team we have years of experience with breeds of all kinds, and welcome dogs and puppies, as well as cats and small furries of all shapes, sizes and personalities.

Hello my name is Sarah and I own Walkies with Sarah. I provide a number of animal related services including pet sitting. I am fully insured, CRB checked and have a flexible approach to work. I offer one to one dog walks or 2/3 dogs from same household so your beloved dog will get my undivided attention. I am also offering cat/small pet visits.

Just a university student—majoring in Biology and minoring in Neuroscience—who is trying to earn some income before graduation. Had a Miniature Schnauzer for 11 years previously (September 2010 to August 2021) and usually hangs out well with cats too. Speaks Mandarin Chinese (native) and British English (my home country's official administrative language)/American English. :)

We offer Group Walks in our Secure Adventure Fields or Parks, Home Visits, Puppy Visits, Home Sitting and Day Care. The Midday Group Walk includes pick up and drop off (we are fully insured, also for key holding). We will go to either our secure adventure fields with private stream or in one of the big parks around for the dogs to have a great time. Happy Paws provides a professional, friendly and flexible dog walking and pet sitting service in Newcastle upon Tyne. Dog walking is available seven days a week with a choice of either solo or group walks of no more than four dogs. Pet sitting covers cats, elderly or sick dogs, puppies and small animals and is also available seven days a week to cover those times when you can't always be at home for your pets.

Since I was a small child animals have been my true love. Growing up we had cats at home and there were always plenty of animals belonging to family and friends that I could play with. ​ Whilst I focused on gaining an education and forging a successful accounting career in London, I always studied and looked after pets as a hobby as well as having my own. In 2001 I started working for Guardian Angles looking after dogs/cats and other small mammals in peoples homes.

Fully insured & licensed by Newcastle council. I absolutely love animals and especially dogs and this passion has always helped me stay motivated to volunteer for different animal charities. I volunteer with the Cinnammon Trust and I'm also an independent home checker for various UK charities. Over the years I've rescued dogs, carried out events to collect food etc for my local shelter and have carried out home checks for potential fosters/ people wanting to adopt dogs and this is what makes me unique - the unconditional love for these gorgeous furry babies.
