We addressed the issues we had , set out a plan and now star is so much better with other dogs ( she was very nervous ) also the advice given is endless and so helpful 😊 star now goes once a week with Helen to socialise and build her confidence even more and is still learning to curb those bad habits ( pulling and jumping ) when out on walks but I’m highly confident that with Helens help this will be resolved quickly . Sally and George are accommodating and kind and I leave my two collies every morning knowing they will be safe and looked after and happy when I collect them. They have great knowledge of dogs (breeds/behaviour etc) and even advise a 'trial day' for new dogs to make sure potential new boarders are happy in a kennel environment before they stay for real! Long story short - all staff lovely, experience and knowledge fab, my dogs are happy and I am confident they are well looked after every day!

I highly recommend Barks having just collected my baby from there who never stays with anyone other than my son usually. She had an amazing time being treated as a family member during her stay. The owners were incredibly sensitive to all of her needs & mine as a worried dog mummy, they sent me messages with photos to show me what Mags was up to & how she was doing throughout her fabulous holiday with them. I can not thank you enough ♥️
