They took the time to understand him, were so patient with him and very quickly built his confidence. Now our dog bursts with excitement and happiness every time they arrive to collect him for his walk. He has the best time and Kerry-Ann and Diane keep us updated with lovely photos.
Kerr-Ann and Diane clearly have great experience with dogs. They are so warm and affectionate, and also great at making sure our dog behaves safely and appropriately when out with them.
