We had our St Bernard & Newfie groomed here & we are over the moon with the service. Both dogs were rescues & Jo was really understanding with them, asking lots of questions to make sure they wouldn't be anxious when we left them.
They both came home smelling utterly fresh. Their claws were clipped & shaped nicely. Both of their coats looked shiny and felt soft. They were even both rocking a Christmas bandana which was super cute. We would highly recommend Jo & will definitely be taking our other dogs there as well in the future. I have been using Dog Eden since they opened and I would not go anywhere else. My dogs love it when they get picked up and always rush to get out the door with Aimi. My rescue poodle was very nervous to start with and Aimi, Lizzie and the team have gone above and beyond to help nurture him to become more confident. That is above and beyond a groomers job. Dog Eden are not only great groomers as they also offer brilliant informative advice and really want the best for your dogs. They also offer superb boarding facilities which we use when we go away. 110% service is given and they are not only brilliant with the dogs but brilliant with the owners too. All round a fantastic company who I would highly recommend to anyone. You will not be disappointed :-)

I took my very nervous yorkie puppy to Penny today with severe matting as she’s so afraid of the brush. Penny did an amazing job, was so so patient and kind with Pixie and managed to make her look beautifully neat and smart, despite how much Pixie wriggled and tried to fight the clippers! Would highly recommend. I’m thrilled!

Very calm around my dog. Took her time and did not rush to get job done. If the dog was anxious she’d stop and let the dog rest before starting again. A very good cut and very pleased with the end result. Shampoo was very nice and good quality for my dog. Would recommend and I will be using her again.

Having worked in Central London, with a long daily commute, stressful job and reducing job satisfaction, I had dreamed about returning to working with animals at some point in my life. Having been the 'Go To' person for friends and family when they needed help looking after their pets, I wondered if I could turn an enjoyable hobby into my own small business, using a number of key skills from managing small charities.
So, after a lot of work, research and training, I am finally living my dream including working for myself.
