I took my very nervous yorkie puppy to Penny today with severe matting as she’s so afraid of the brush. Penny did an amazing job, was so so patient and kind with Pixie and managed to make her look beautifully neat and smart, despite how much Pixie wriggled and tried to fight the clippers! Would highly recommend. I’m thrilled!

Very calm around my dog. Took her time and did not rush to get job done. If the dog was anxious she’d stop and let the dog rest before starting again. A very good cut and very pleased with the end result. Shampoo was very nice and good quality for my dog. Would recommend and I will be using her again.
