Just collected my husky from Hest Bank Groomers and am over the moon with the bath and brush she received .She was blowing her coat and had been looking really tufty and her back end was such a mess but the girls have worked wonders .She looks like she's lost a couple of kilos in excess fur and her coat is a beautiful and glossy black .She hasn't looked and smelled this good in ages. I have just this minute picked up my two Cockapoos from Village Tails Of Heysham after their 1st visit there.... previously we had been taking them to a well know groomers within a pet shop but decided we needed a new groomers after the “welfare” groom they received during lockdown🙈 Anyway, I am more than happy with how the dogs look now, quick service, good price and very friendly groomers...... I have no hesitation recommending this company to any dog owners looking for a groomer, especially if you have a doodle of some sort. Thank you😄

What a pamper Coco received when she arrived at Groom is in the Heart! Coco went for a wash and style and come out looking like the most amazing Labradoodle puff ball I have ever seen! The owners listened to what we wanted and treated Coco like a little fur princess! Thank you....we will be back!

Oscar, our cream retriever has just had a much needed de-shed and pamper with John and looks amazing. The quality of John’s work and skill is second to none! Pampered Pooch Boutique was fantastic! Laura didn’t have a conveyor belt of dogs like other groomers - she groomed our dog beautifully (best cut ever and Schnauzer cuts are an art). Sometimes, our dog Scarlett is distressed and once had a seizure after being put in a hot box, so we were very nervous about leaving her, but Laura was fantastic and Scarlett was happy and bouncing when we collected her. Pampered Pooch. Boutique was perfect and now our groomer of choice - thank you Laura - I don’t usually write reviews but Pampered Pooches is fantastic. Definitely recommended. Only problem - shame she doesn’t do hairdressing as Scarlett’s hair is now better than mine :)
