Established in 1989 and located adjacent to our family home, we are here to support pet owners through their loss and to carry out their final wishes for their pet with dignity and respect. We are all pet owners at Companions Haven and so we understand how traumatic and difficult it can be to lose a loved one.

Our much-loved cat was killed 2 weeks before Christmas leaving us heartbroken. We were so fortunate to have found Companions Haven, who did everything we could have hoped for and more. Initially we'd planned to scatter the ashes but then changed our mind and wanted a casket to put in the garden..none of this was any trouble for them and everything was handled with the utmost sensitivity and care. Our cat's ashes came home in a carefully wrapped box with a little sympathy card. We completely recommend Companion's Haven to any bereaved pet owner and, although I hope we won't need their services again, we wouldn't think of going anywhere else if the need ever arose.

We ordered a stacking ring for my daughter when we lost our dog Molly in April age 15, we had a lock of Molly fur put in we also had a lock of her Nanny, Grandads, & her two children hair put into it, They was so helpful over the phone , excellent service could not have been nicer, they emailed us 3 profs to pick from, the ring is absolutely perfect just what we asked for, they even sent us the two stones that we did not pick & the extra fur & hair they did not use, we will treasure it forever, would defernatly recommend, if we ever need anything in the future, will defernatly be contacting tree of opal, thank you Diane & Elaine x
