Our beautiful dog Holly was unfotunatly struck with a horrible tumor and we sadly had to make the hardest descion in our lives and i cant thank heather, mark and the team enough for helping get us through one of the hardest goodbyes we ever had to make in our lives they explained everything and everystep and treated our baby with so much grace and kindness that made this process easier for us to handle they kept us updated throughout the whole thing and within 48 hours our baby was home where she belonged the package they put together for us and urn holly came home in is absolutely beutiful thank you so much again to you all i would recommend to anyone with a poorly pet as we got to say goodbye to our baby in the comfort of her own home with her family

Kaiju came into our lives when we most needed him. When we lost him we were shocked and lost. All I knew was he would want to be with his bunwife. We wanted him close so cremation would be the best option. After seeing the review score of belovedpets I was skeptical on the 5 star rating, but seeing a recent review of how they dealt with another bunny we took a chance. Belovedpets came into our life when we needed some support from people who understood. They understood Kaiju wasn't just a rabbit, he was family. From the first call we made they dealt with us with compassion and care. Mark came out and collected Kaiju a few hours after our call. We had regular updates from the team of when to expect Mark and what would happen. Mark was gentle with our boy, offering us an ear and time. He helped explain the last stages of Kaiju's journey. When he was ready, a rose was placed in with Kaiju and great care was taken to ensure Kaiju didn't travel alone. We then received regular updates over the next few days until we were reunited with Kaiju. I don't think we would have got such a personal service if we hadn't chosen this beautifully run family business. The team obviously care about what they do. They really care about your pet, and you also. To them, your pet isn't just an animal, they are your family. They treat them as such, and offer support. Thank you treating us and our little boy with such compassion, and understanding that he wasn't just a rabbit.
