Well equipped gym. Fantastic place to train. The owners are there on hand when you need them or have any questions. A relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Always clean even the shower facilities. Would highly recommend Bodytech gym to anyone.

I've been on this for a while now while keeping my diet and off season training pretty much the same and my energy levels have definitely increased. As with any supplement its a long term game, you won't see the results instantly, but once I got past the 3 week mark that is where the difference started to show in the training diary.
