- The last piece of the puzzle is finding an exercise regimen that pushes you physically and mentally whilst keeping you engaged, and has you looking forward to your next session.

What do you love most about your job?

When I finish working with clients and I see the sparkle in their eyes and a spring in their step. It gives me the satisfaction that their leaving the session not just physically pushed and improved, but also with a positive mindset for the rest of the day - I love the feeling of having a positive affect on peoples lives!

What inspired you to start your own business?

To have the freedom to work around a schedule that helps me be healthy in body and mind. This means i can give my clients my full attention, support and knowledge.
