After a consultation with Lee we arranged to do weekly 30 minute HIT sessions to help me with my weight loss. Lee gave me excellent information and nutritional advice as well as realistic and achievable goals from the start. The HIT sessions were challenging but Lee was always very encouraging and supportive throughout the process. After a while I could tell the difference in my fitness aswell as my weight. I love seeing my clients grow in confidence as they start to see changes in their appearance, I am lucky enough to have helped numerous clients achieve great physical results, but to me it's more rewarding when I have helped a client overcome something mentally!
During my late teens and early twenties I suffered with eating disorders. I guess I learned the hard way how much having a bad relationship with food and a bad sense of body image can affect everything from your confidence to relationships and even start to affect your work and other aspects of your personal life. During my recovery I fell in love with the gym, it taught me that if I put my mind to it I can achieve anything. It made me physically strong but more importantly it made me mentally strong. This strength helped me to overcome my issues. I decided after recovering I wanted to help others overcome obstacles using exercise, so I quit my very well paid job to become a trainer and I haven't looked back since. It was the best decision I've made.
Because I understand how mentally tough it can be to have no body confidence. I'll work with you to help you over come these battles. I am so passionate about what I do and believe this reflects in my clients and work. I will get you where you want to be but we need to work as a team!
