After a consultation with Lee we arranged to do weekly 30 minute HIT sessions to help me with my weight loss. The HIT sessions were challenging but Lee was always very encouraging and supportive throughout the process. After a while I could tell the difference in my fitness aswell as my weight. I have just finished 3 months of training with Lee and have lost 10.5kg of weight, which totally smashed my target. Infact I have lost more and am proud to say I am back at the weight I used to be when I went to uni, which at 30 years old I didn't think was possible.
