It's a cheap gym but has everything it needs. For the price you can't really go wrong.You get a personal code to access the gym 24 hours a day (depending on your membership level). You enter the code into the entry pod and press ok, which let's you into an airlock through to the gym.It seems to have all the equipment you'd need, though I'm only a beginner. There are classes you can join that are included in your membership fee.The changing rooms are OK, though not luxurious. There are no individual changing rooms, so if you're not comfortable being/seeing naked around others then you may struggle, though there are toilet cubicles in the same room. The hairdryers are the rubbish low powered ones you'd expect in a crappy hotel, but will do for some who have easy to style hair.I'm not a typical gym person, and not slim, but I'm happy to say I've never felt anyone watching or judging there.
