Went this evening to the fitness session. I don't normally leave reviews but must say I loved it. Great people, really friendly and know what their doing, from the training to the little added extras. Would never know their still getting organised in their base.
Made me sweat and work hard but to an enjoyable and personal level. Definitely recommend and will be returning.

Debra has helped me strengthen my back after a really bad fall. She showed me some very good exercises to follow. We had a one to one session, to ensure I was doing the exercises correctly. Watching my form and giving me pointers. Can't recommend Debra enough, if you are struggling with back pain she's the lady to help.
