You can also sign up to my online programming, where you will receive an individualised programme to suit your lifestyle, goals and needs to be completed in your own time.

Since the Covid-19 pandemic, I have made significant changes to the way I coach my clients. Where necessary, I wear suitable PPE to protect both myself and the client. I ensure that hand sanitizer is available throughout my sessions, and clean my equipment before and after each use.
