How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

All my of clients receive a exercise and nutrition plan which are bespoke to them and designed to meet their individual goals and targets. No mater if I’m working with you on a 1-2-1 basis or online, I will keep you accountable to your goals, with regular check ins and personal messages via my app. I regularly review your exercise and nutrition plans to ensure everything stays on track for you to reach your targets.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Hiring a professional like myself is probably the most important feature of achieving your goals, targets and dreams. I will take the guess work out of what you are doing and keep you motivated throughout. Adapting to a new exercise and nutrition plan isn't easy, but with a professional like myself onboard to help guide you, coach you and support you to your health and fitness goal or goals that you’ve dreamt of is now even more achievable.

What do you love most about your job?

Being both a fitness instructor and personal trainer allows me the freesom to travel and meet so many amazing people. Each client gives me a new challenge and opportunity to help change peoples lives in a positive nature. I’ve learnt so much from so many client journeys and use all these experiences to now support others. As a coach there really is nothing better than seeing a client reach what they set out to do and in most cases carry that journey on be it with me or on their own with all the learnings they have from my coaching experience.

What inspired you to start your own business?

After 25 years of retail management in 3 of the biggest supermarkets in the UK, I changed my career pathway full time to the health and fitness industry in 2020 after wanting a fresh challenge. I come from a sporting background as well and I am a former GBR Judo competitor holding a 2nd Dan black belt grade. Adding my passion for all things health, fitness and elite sporting background together was the perfect match. Since the lifting of covid restrictions I have focused on building my fitness class schedule up and now teach at some of the most prestige clubs in Sussex and Surrey. I am now focusing on growing my business with 1-2-1 personal training and online body coaching packages to a limited number of clients from September '22.

I offer online body coaching to clients on 12 week programs. You will get full access to my app, exercise and nutrition plans, a chat facility with myself, weekly check ins and plenty of hints and tips along the way. This is a great way to achieve your goals and one which is more affordable against 1-2-1 personal training. Your get all the support you need from myself as you log your activities and nutrition, just like 1-2-1 personal training but you get the flexibility to exercise a time that suits you each day rather than being locked into appointments. My online package ideally suit those with a busy lifestyle and need flexibility to their diary.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

I follow all the directions laid out by the British Government and comply with any rules set out by gyms or health clubs. When working with clients on a 1-2-1 basis at home for example I am happy to discuss any requirements that, that individual may have.
