The skills and knowledge I pass on to clients have been gained over many years of training and actual experience. I do not do what I do just to massage either my client's ego or my own. If they have a specific aim, then they should be prepared to work hard in order to achieve it. I will be as committed as they are and work with them to succeed. Time is in short supply and I'd rather not waste mine working with someone who is happy to be told some BS because it makes them feel good. I'd rather earn my money honestly!
Clients will initially be assessed on their current state of fitness. Their aims will be stated and a program will be agreed upon enabling us to achieve those aims together.
Working consistently following the agreed plan. Too many clients fail to achieve their aims because they do not commit themselves fully to the training. You have to be honest with yourself and work hard ..you'll gain nothing by cheating yourself!
