I love seeing my clients achieve their goals and make positive changes in their lives. It's incredibly rewarding to be a part of their fitness journey. Witnessing the transformation in their physical and mental health is truly inspiring. We often see positive changes in the rest of the client's family, friends and work collegues!

What inspired you to start your own business?

I spent several years working as a personal trainer at large gym chains, which was a valuable experience. However, I noticed that many people felt overwhelmed and lost in the gym environment. They often struggled to use the equipment effectively and lacked the motivation to continue training on their own. Recognizing this gap in service, I decided to create a more personalised and supportive approach to fitness. Aldridge Personal Training was born!
