It was a big thing for me to join because I was overweight, I felt really sluggish in myself and just couldn’t find the motivation to do something about it. I came across an advert on Facebook for women over 50. The gym as a rule doesn’t appeal to me, but this gym is different. All the coaches guide you, explain the exercises that you need, and most importantly what is best for you as an individual. It has been the best thing I have ever done. Everyone one I have met is really friendly, I do PT once a week with Jake and do two classes at 6 am in the morning with Zak. The reason I do it that early is because I have no excuses for not doing it. I have lost 2 stone 7lbs so far with the gym and nutra check. I’m finally starting to feel good about myself which I haven’t done for a long time. So if you are thinking of making changes, this is the place to go.
