My workouts are designed to be completed in 30 minutes, with no or minimal equipment, there are videos for each exercise to show you how to safely and correctly perform the exercises.

What do you love most about your job?

Helping women grow confidence in their bodies, whether it's from gaining strength, losing weight or just improving their overall health. When I get messages from my clients to say they've lost another inch or just purchased some heavier weights because they're getting stronger, it makes me feel great!

What inspired you to start your own business?

After having my first daughter I felt so weak and didn't know where to start with fitness, I needed specialist help for my body to recover and didn't know who to turn to. After pursing various online fitness programmes nothing worked for me, so I decided to retrain and set up a business that I felt offered products and services that lots of other women were looking for.
