The reason I do it that early is because I have no excuses for not doing it. I have lost 2 stone 7lbs so far with the gym and nutra check. Consistency. There are no magic secrets or shortcuts. Making small changes however amalgamate to large lifestyle alterations and progress along this path. Ultimately the more discipline demonstrated and work put in the greater the potential result. I am outgoing, energetic and a people person. I have always been active. As such the ability to work with people day to day within this context is a dream job. I strongly believe that physical activity is essential for good physical and mental health - we were born to be physically busy. Additionally that we are all capable of achieving what we want.
