Working with Julian of Elite Impact Fitness has been a great experience! In the initial consultation we discussed where I was and where I wanted to be. I had already lost quite a bit of weight alone but needed an extra push because I had stopped seeing results.
Julian was professional and gave me a full exercise plan to follow. The plan was difficult (in a way that it pushed you) but not unbearable and the exercises were tailored to me as I had suffered a knee injury so was unable to do some of the more explosive moves. This along with access to his tailor made app made every day super easy. The app is very user friendly and allows you to add or take away exercises and reps. I was also able to set notifications so I got reminders to do my workouts and upload progress pictures.
Overall, I would highly recommend Elite Impact to anyone who is serious about making significant changes in order to have a healthier lifestyle. It's not drill sargent type PTing (which I hate) but actual guidance and advice.

We offer one to one and small group Personal training sessions in local parks and open spaces, or in the privacy of the client's own home as well as outdoor group fitness classes and Canicross (trail running with your dog!) At Outeractive we strive to make each session enjoyable as well as challenging and aimed at achieving your personal goals, whatever they may be. We place great importance on providing a personalised service and in building a rapport with our clients, so the trainer you have at your initial consultation will be the one who will provide the training and support at each session and beyond!
After an initial consultation, we will design a personalised programme, starting at where you are now and progressing to levels you may have only dreamed of!
