Fantastic coaches. I train at home and I wasn't sure of purchasing new equipment like Dumbbell. Vibesh was one of the best coaches I have ever had, he suggested a programme with body weight and resistance bands, it wasn't that expensive. I loved each session and it was easy yet challenging. Best part with Fitfoody, they understand Asian cuisine and the ingredients much better than other coaches i have used in the past. They gave me a diet plan based on Asian (Indian food habits), it was sustainable for me in the long run. They also have an Mobile app which pushes daily workout with Video! Works like a charm.
