How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

I tailor all my fitness programmes to individual needs and fitness goals by looking at lifestyle and building upon areas of weakness. My Philosophy is simple, you need to train the mind and body to work together and complement each other. As a marathon runner and endurance athlete I understand the biomechanics of the body and how our minds can convince us give up. It's about looking at your overall lifestyle habits, i.e. Nutrition, stress management and family commitments. All these areas need to be taken into consideration when devising a suitable training programme.

What do you love most about your job?

I enjoy training my clients and have build a great rapport with each and everyone of them. I support, motivate and encourage my clients along their fitness journey. As a master level Neuro-Linguistic Programming practitioner and Coach, I nurture, support, inspire, and assist my clients with attaining their personal life and professional goals and objectives.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I am passionate about helping people achieve their fitness and life goals. My aim is to make a difference to your life through personal training, body conditioning and life coaching. I bring together a unique combination as a Certified Level 3 Personal Trainer and fitness instructor specialising in high intensity interval training, endurance training and Yoga and MasterLevel Neuro-linguistic Programming Coach. It is a total wellbeing service dealing with stress management and lifestyle challenges. Achieving objectives is about breaking down barriers, identify triggers and changing mind sets in order to take positive action or make a significant change in order to benefit the individual.
