Personal Training & Small Group Training - Our highly experienced trainers will motivate, guide, and challenge you to achieve more than your goals. We currently perform over 250 personal training sessions per week for clients ranging from professional athletes to people in their 80’s with chronic injuries and diseases. He recently has been working with a lady with Cerebral Palsy, who originally came to us in a motorised wheelchair that she had had to use for years.
