Health and Fitness has been an inspired choice for me as a career, as I have met amazing people from all different backgrounds and feel privileged to help them realise their full potential. I felt I needed to put my own stamp on the way I approach clients health and fitness regimes, as I believe in training the full person, not just their body parts, and just as importantly I believe in helping you create the right mental attitude to your training routine, so it becomes enjoyable, motivational and inspirational.
