I have always had a passion for keeping fit and love challenging myself. I began taking my training more seriously in around 2018 when I was diagnosed with anxiety and realised just how beneficial it was for me. During 2022, my mental health took a nose dive, and again I turned to exercise to help me. It was the benefits that I got and how much I learned in that year that made me decide to take my passion to a new level and gain my PT diploma to help others in a similar situation to myself. I’m all about listening to my clients as to what will help them and what won’t. I want you to be able to approach me if you’re struggling to stay on plan, let me help you figure out a way that is sustainable. Whether your goal is weight loss, weight gain, improving strength, better form, improving stamina, or just wanting to be inspired to get back into training, I can help. I will hold you accountable, but encourage you every step of the way! The world of exercise and diet can be a scary place, I’m here so you don’t have to do it alone. I offer in person personal training in the local park, and online coaching with regular check ins.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

I will listen and support you every step of the way. I will help you to enjoy training and make it something you can stick to. You’re never alone if you’re a client of mine.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Motivation isn’t always going to be there, sometimes discipline has to take over. I will encourage you to make your training fun so it is something you will want to stick to. Small changes add up to big progress. It’s not always a race.

What do you love most about your job?

I love to see clients progress. Not just losing weight, but gaining strength, gaining confidence, gaining stamina, just overall being happier. I love creating a community with my clients.

What inspired you to start your own business?

When I was looking for a PT to support me on my fitness journey, there was never anyone that I felt I could truly connect with. I am so passionate about the benefits exercise can bring to mental health and have seen it first hand, and no one out there seemed to recognise the fact. When I qualified as a PT, I was shouting it from the rooftops.

I’m kind, caring and approachable. Whatever your goals, I can support you. I don’t want you to be scared to reach out, I want to help you find a solution to whatever problem. If you’re having a bad day, and lacking motivation, let me know, I’ve been there.

I offer both in person personal training outdoors for individuals and small groups. I also offer online coaching.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

I disinfect all equipment after use. I will not train if either of us have symptoms of Covid-19. I will maintain a safe distance and we will train outside.
