Martyn was a very friendly trainer and from the start it was clear he was knowledgeable and experienced. I explained what my goals were and he tailored a program to them. I am very impressed by how much and how fast I was able to progress following his workouts, lifting heavier than I ever set out to. Sessions were fun and challenging and he was constantly able to change and adapt to how it’s going.
