Very professional. I was scared to start exercising after years of no workout at all. He is very smart. He got me to do it gradually in a short time without feeling too tiered. He won’t get you to do it until you can’t take your breath. He will change exercises all the time so you won’t get bored or tiered. Definitely sinking to this guy. Oh one more thing, he is not like other personal trainers will stand there telling you what to do no. He is actually exercising what you do with you too. Very active very nice person too.
