I have been a trainer and coach for 5 years and a rower for 10 years, all in which I was self employed. I had gone to university but decided I wanted to work for myself and make a difference to people's lives through my visions and ideas.
I have trained and coached all age group's and gender's. Not once have I not achieved success with a client, or some sort of satisfaction making them feel better about themselves through exercise or diet. This is something that inspired me to take on a career in fitness and sport, from this knowledge I have helped people recover from broken bones, serious illness's such as pulmonary embolism's and getting fitter after operations.
