I visit Ipswich to see family and during this visit and the one last year I got a weeks yoga pass each time. I tried to go to as many classes as I could to try out all the different styles and I must say that I absolutely love this place and could not recommend it more to others. It has made me fall in love with yoga, the instructors are fantastic and there is a real sense of community. Whatever style of yoga you’re looking for you will find lots of classes to suit you as there is such a variety in the styles they teach. I would recommend getting a pass and giving all the classes a try as I surprised myself at how much I was willing to push my boundaries. I wish it was closer to where I live so I didn’t just have yoga holidays at the studio.

The best diet and exercise is one you can stick to, I don't believe restricting yourself too much isnt healthy both physically and mentally. Working together and being open with you and your trainer is key.
I love seeing the look on my clients face when they start believing in themselves. The look when they are achieving their goals. Knowing when I go to a session I make someone's day better. I don't do it for the money I do it because I love helping people not just physically but mentally too.
When I was 10 I was diagnosed with Anorexia Nervosa and Depression. I had some really dark, lonely days. I have now been recovered for 8 years now and want to show people that recovery is possible, you can have a healthy relationship with exercise as I am walking proof.

All equipment is deep cleaned between all sessions. Hand sanitiser is always available i minimise contact and stick to a 1-2-1 basis unless you are from a same household then I will train more people together. I have the track and trace system in place too.
