Yes he pushes you but also recognises if you’re struggling a bit and changes the workout accordingly. I have had to have a break due to work commitments but will definitely be going back! I went for my first session at the end of November 16 and I haven't looked back since, I can honestly say it's one of the best life choices I've made over the last 10 years. I'm feeling loads better in myself.
It's a friendly environment, no posers strutting about thinking they're gods gift, everyone's there to get fit, the staff are really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful too.

23 hours ago I signed up for Andrews fitness classes a few weeks ago after seeing it on Facebook. I’ve put on a few pounds and got really unfit through lockdown and I do have a gym membership but can never get myself motivated to go. Andy’s classes are brilliant. They’re high intensity but he gives you different/easier options so you can start at a low level and build it up to suit your fitness level. Andrew Is really nice and encourages you and I don’t feel like a failure for not being able to do as much as others in the class, he gave me loads of really helpful advice about my diet and nutrition and being outside for the classes is really nice. Every time I do a class it gets a bit easier and I really enjoy it! Everyone in the class is super friendly and encouraging too. I’ve actually cancelled my gym membership and I’m just going to do this. I honestly can’t recommend it enough if you want to get fit but don’t know where to start or how to get motivated :)
