I’m in my mid 50s and have not exercised for many years. I have a couple of medical issues around my joints and Edward has focused heavily on strengthening those. He is flexible, professional and above all, will not let me slack off without a fight! Sure he never pushes me beyond my limits to a point where I could hurt myself, but he does have an amazing judgement of how far I can go, even more than I think myself. Within a couple of weeks of training twice a week with Edward I could visually see a difference in the tone of my legs, something that I did not expect so soon into the process. We do 121 and 2:1 PT sessions, classes and much more.
We am very conscious of the fact that through the nature of our job we are at contact with various people, so we are taking regular lateral flow tests.
We also use face masks and make sure that equipment is regularly disinfected.
