I used to struggle with knee and back pain when walking, but now I can keep up with Alastair on our power walks, and he has motived me to go to the gym on my own, 4 times a week, where I can practise improving on the programs he gives me.
We also do circuit training 1-1 sessions, and Alastair changes the routines so I don't get bored!
