Adam focuses on his client and explains clearly what each exercise is. He talks positively about the training. Never do I see him diverted to using his phone as we all know many people do.
Additionally he has a great smile and a good sense of humour. All of these characteristics create a really positive atmosphere in which to exercise. Time passes fast and I feel good after each session.

Ron listens to you, configures the program and focus so it's balanced correctly, achievable and encouraging as well.
Ron is also very specific about form and technique so getting the best out of what you can do and not just hitting numbers. One of my issues is motivation and Ron is always helping me work on that instead of just pushing me. The mental barrier is half my battle and I'm getting better at overcoming it now.

During 2022, my mental health took a nose dive, and again I turned to exercise to help me. It was the benefits that I got and how much I learned in that year that made me decide to take my passion to a new level and gain my PT diploma to help others in a similar situation to myself.
