I have a diploma in matt based pilates and have been teaching the fundamentals of Pilates for 16 years... Makes me feel old! I hold a national qualification and belong to Reps, the national regulating body for exercise professionals, I have a valid anatomy and physiology qualification. Basically all my training is up to date. I like to understand a clients needs and abilities before working directly with them and therefore I like to have a 'human' conversation to establish a good starting place and an end goal.
