Hello! I believe that if your life is crazy, you need sanity in your training. Most of the advice and programs on the internet tend to be overly confusing and only add to the 'crazy'-my aim is to be an antidote to that. I see my own training as one of the foundations that hold the rest of my life together, as it produces what I like to call a 'cascade of positivity'. When I exercise regularly I'm a better partner and father, I'm more patient, more confident and generally just a nicer person to be around!

Matt worked with me on a 12 week programme to improve my strength conditioning and flexibility. He is the most thorough PT I've ever had and really knows his stuff. The training was tough but with his methods, not only did I break through my barrier, but I really got into it, through working on ring, bar, weight lifting and flexibility exercises. On advanced moves he has his technique down to a T and can really push you to the next level. Over the past three months I've made real gains in my strength, my flexibility and learned about methods to mentally focus on tough moves. Most importantly I stayed motivated to push on. This guy can really help with the big changes you want to make to your fitness routine and is on hand all the time with advice. Great working with him!

We had an initial telephone consultation where Ross gathered a lot of information to make sure the hypnotherapy session would be tailored specifically to me. The sessions were great, Ross makes you feel very at ease and I was able to completely relax and get the most out of it. I've stopped smoking without any effort really. I highly recommend Ross to anyone who is considering hypnotherapy for any reason.

I trained with Louise from around March - August 2017, so this review is long overdue! I have had a few personal trainers in the past, but none of them even come close in comparison to Louise. Louise was attentive from the start, listened closely to my goals and designed a robust training plan which complemented those goals amazingly. She adjusted the plan to work around injuries...and I am convinced that the adjustments helped to rehabilitate a shoulder injury from which now i am pain free! Not only did I see physical improvements but also felt mentally better after working out with her guidance. In short, I can't recommend Louise enough!

There'e no point in putting yourself on a super strict diet for so many weeks for you to then fall off the wagon and spiral out of control because you've been restricting yourself from all good the world has to offer. What I devise is a safe, effective and nutritious nutrition and training programme that doesn't cut out your favourites whether that be pizza, burgers, cookies, cakes, biscuits or booze. We INCLUDE these things within the plan because those are the things we enjoy and things we can enjoy while still working towards out goals. Now I'm not saying go and pummel yourself with pizza and chocolate every day - there has to be some pullback, but incorporating these things in smaller amounts throughout the week ensure your cravings are satisfied and you're not going to derail and binge. Alongside a tailored training programme, there's no reason why we shouldn't enjoy ourselves along the way!!
I love meeting people from all walks of life and I find I'm a pretty adaptable person so the two go hand in hand. If you're a bit of a chatter box then we can talk until the cows come home!
