I can highly recommend Stanza Fitness. I am retired and had not set foot in a gym since my school days until I started PT sessions with Ben which I have been having for almost a year. He is an excellent trainer and always very patient and encouraging. There is a friendly atmosphere at the gym which has excellent equipment and a light bright decor. I would encourage anyone who might be reticent about going to a gym to try a PT session at Stanza Fitness.

14 months ago I was in a big hole . My body was constantly injured and I couldn't train or complete my endurance events ( ironman triathlon) without pain and to the standard that I expect of myself . I contacted Kriss to help me strengthen myself so I could continue my events . I expected him to work on my injured areas to fix them up so I could compete again . He informed me that this was not the best solution as I need to strengthen my entire body from head to toe so we can minimise future problems. I have worked both one on one and at home with the program and now am both injury free and feeling strong �. At my latest couple of half iron events my body felt as strong as it has ever been . At the back end of both events my hamstrings, glutes and thighs allowed me to push thru without any problems . I am looking forward to my upcoming ironman events with confidence that I will be able to get the best of me out there . Thanks Kriss

I've been training here for almost 4 years now, and I safely say that I have never encountered anywhere quite as skilled or as competent than BD Bath. I've trained in a lot of other gyms with many different personal trainers and they just lack what the BAD team have. If I could rate 6 stars, I'd give them 7.

Kerry is that rare mix of total professionalism & personality and her coaching gets you the results that you're looking for. For me, my goal had been to get into "a bit of running" - which led to me entering races with friends, getting and beating PBs, doing challenges I never thought I would contemplate and having the best time doing it all. i defiantly recommend the bootcamp and boxercise to anyone who wants to lose weight, get lean, get fit, build cardio or even just meet new people and have fun. theres always different exercises per class so you are not doing the same exercises over and over again. I'm only just finding the motive again to get back into a fitness routine. the instructor steph is very helpful... making sure your form in the exercise is correct and she's very passionate.
