I go above and beyond what is asked. Traditional online or in person training is typically you see them 2x a week and that’s it, maybe the odd text asking, "how is it going?", with a cookie cutter workout programme and meal plan that don't empower and teach you to control your own nutrition to leading to potential weight gain once you are finished with the programme.

Community: Having a strong community you can rely on to lead you through tough times and a coach who can answer questions and guide you is key to change
Accountability: Without any accountability the chances of falling off and not achieving your goals is increase vastly. With constant access to the Coach, the community, you are held accountable and can't fall behind the heard!
Sustainability: Sure, you could do a 1200 calorie a day diet for a month or two and lose over a stone. But you can't keep that up forever because you feel lethargic, and terrible on that diet. Statistically the more aggressive and more unsustainable your diet is the more likely hood of putting the weight back on after you are finished and more! This is why I go for a slightly slower approach but vastly more sustainable, so you don’t just look good for the 90 day transformation you look good for life!
Showing people that making long lasting change to their lifestyles is far from impossible, all it takes is the right coach and community, and following sustainable changes instead of FAD diets where you are overly restricted on your diet and can’t WAIT to finish it and get back to eating "normally". Seeing people succeed in their goals is incredible!
