Callum took me on and he gave me a series of suitable exercises , which ensured that my knee made a complete recovery. Each week the exercises changed, which kept me motivated. Since then I have seen him regularly and he keeps me generally fit with a series of pretty challenging exercises. He also keeps me supplied with some good nutritious recipes. I started training with Tombo about two years ago and I haven't looked back since, Tombo was recommended to me by a friend, I was very apprehensive about starting as I was very overweight and generally unfit.
Since then I have lost over four stone in weight and I have a lot more confidence in myself and my abilities in the gym, Tombo has taught me how to do the major exercises like the squat/deadlift etc and the improvement has been amazing, we have just started doing some of the more technical lifts which was daunting at first but he has taken his time and really helped me to learn them.
As well as the lifting and exercises Tombo has helped me out with the nutritional side recommending certain foods which has really helped.
