I have an extensive exercise library which is a video showing you how to perform the exercise and certain cues we need to focus on

Set up a nutrition plan. This can be a meal plan or calorie and macro target, depending on your preference. We will dispel a lot of myths surrounding nutrition and get you eating foods that you enjoy, are healthy and contribute towards your goal. Discuss how you can manage social occasions and still stay on track. This is highly important because we want to be able to life our life at the same time as achieving out goals

We will use a coaching tracker to keep you accountable and stay in regular communication to ensure you fully understand how and why we are going to make progress

Weekly check ins will allow me to make any necessary changes to keep you moving in the right direction

What inspired you to start your own business?

My love for fitness and wanting to help others be better! I was stuck in a 9-5 job that I disliked, living for the weekend. I then made the change to become self employed and have built a very successful online business. Doing what I love every single day. Does it get much better than that?
