I have have been qualified since August 2020 - over the the last 5 years I have had a big passion for health and fitness. I completed the virtual London Marathon this year and I will go onto completing the real thing in 2022! I have had some hard times in life but getting my big girl pants on and doing a workout always makes me feel so much more confident and happy! I do sessions 1-2-1 for an hour, with the price you are quoted. This includes nutritional advice, online support during office hours for any issues or concerns you have regarding your health or if you just need someone to talk to, personalized program that you can keep and have tailor made just for you to do when I might not be free or you might not be. I will always ask to book you in for a zoom or phone call to discuss things in more detail however. For my personal training sessions I will always try my hardest to make it the best hour of your day and leave you feeling confident and proud of yourself. I know how hard lots of us find daily life, going into public places or even a gym with other people when you aren't feeling your best. With my sessions it is just us or anyone you ask to bring with you (baby or a friend to do a group session) you'll be totally comfortable and I will do whatever I can to make sure of that. Just being patient and being yourself. Don’t put too much pressure and stress on yourself. Your body is amazing, beautiful, strong unit and you should be proud of where you are and excited of where your going.

Online is the same - although a lot more different to in person it is a great way to get the help and advice you need while keeping safe, at home and at a discounted rate.

With the rules for lockdown this time around - being you can exercise outdoors it has given a new life to outdoors exercise and having more space to still be safe. You feel hundreds times better having worked out - it is a different feeling having done it outdoors in this weather! I promise you, you won't regret it!
