His PT sessions are brilliant I didn't know what to expect with them, he works you hard but that's what you want from a PT session.Carter PT is very friendly and knowledgeable, he has helped me so much on my journey and always on the end of the phone if you need advice or help. His boot camps are very friendly and also a very good fitness class, you definitely know you've worked out for an hr. He also does a 31 day challenge which I've completed and have lost weight and cms around my body. I'm enjoyed doing the challenge as it was fun but also hard too.
