My own struggles, overweight all the way through childhood with zero body confidence. I joined the Royal Navy and quickly became involved in the drinking culture.
I moved up to nearly 15 stone stone, felt terrible and looked terrible, this was the catalyst for change.
I dropped 2 and a half stone, but the problem for many years was that my weight would fluctuate up and down. I never truly felt in control.
Why? Because I was following a lot of the BS that was so rife at the time. Once I learned to completely simplify my diet and nutrition, I moved back into the driving seat and had full control of my results.
I have become extremely passionate about helping people to avoid the mistakes that I made, so that they can take control of their weight and their health again.
- I myself have been in the trenches and know what it feels like and I have made all the mistakes you probably have. So I can empathize and also help you overcome any obstacles.
- I live and breath this. I never ever thought I would have become a personal trainer when I was younger, but fitness changed my life and I would love to help others in the same way.
