I provide training programmes according to the clients’ goals, needs, available time, equipment, space and current ability! I give them nutrition advice and guidance as well as being constantly available for support via message on most platforms whenever needed.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Consistancy! Doing something, no matter how small, on a regular basis is better than doing nothing!

What do you love most about your job?

Helping people to achieve their goals! The messages I receive from clients telling me how they’ve been able to fit into an outfit they’ve not worn for ages, telling me about how they can now walk up the stairs without getting out of breath, or they can play wirh their kids without getting over tired; thats what i do my job for! I share in your joys as well as your hardships, and it makes my heart sing to see you guys so happy!

What inspired you to start your own business?

A very well timed redundancy 8 years ago! I used to be a Pension Administrator, I’d joined the gym and lost over 4 stone! We got given 12 months notice of our impending redundancy and all I felt was joy! Finally! I could spend my days helping to make people feel as good as i did!

I have over 8 years of experience of helping people to lose weight (up to and over 10 stone), tone up, build their strength and confidence, run half marathons, enter (and reach the finals of) crossfit competions, put their T2 diabetes on hold, show their children a healthy and active lifestyle, feel amazing on their wedding days and in their beachwear and simply be able to walk up their stairs without getting breathless! No matter what your goal is, I can help, and if I can’t, I’ll be sure to refer you to someone more appropriate/better qualified!
