I specialise in Body Transformation, whether you are trying to lose weight or add muscle I can help! I have several locations I work from - Monster Gym, Gracie Barra (private gym) in Cheshunt and Pumping Iron in Friern Barnet. Unfortunately I no longer offer 1 off sessions as I do not believe this is the correct approach for a ‘Body Transformation’. I provide 1-2-1 sessions (or online), customised training, nutrition and supplement plans, daily support and weekly checkins - all via my incredibly user friendly app. I am flexible in terms of training sessions, life can come at you fast so I try and work around your schedule where possible. I also provide a supplement shopping service at cost, I understand the supplement world is a minefield so I only provide what I believe to be the best supplements/ vitamins - IE Correctly dosed with an absorbing agent and in its most bio available form. My charges are as follows. 4 x 60 min PT sessions per month = £ 180.00 8 x 60 min PT sessions per month = £ 320.00 12 x 60 min PT sessions per month = £ 420.00 90 Days Online Coaching Only = £ 300.00 one off or £ 125.00 per month. I bundle these sessions ‘per month’ in order to be flexible and not rigidly stick to a weekly arrangement - which is fine for some, but not others!

I help my clients to achieve their fitness goals through my own wealth of experience in the Fitness Industry. I have 25+ years worth of experience and get genuine enjoyment through helping others. I have seen many fads come and go, I know what works and what doesn't through my own fitness journey and 'real life' experience.

What do you love most about your job?

Helping people. I left a well paid full time career in the corporate world for the opportunity to forge a career in the fitness industry. I get genuine enjoyment from helping others. The benefits of Exercise are well documented and are plainly obvious to anyone who partakes in it for a period of time. To name a few, health & cardio improvements, mental health, well being, increased energy levels, greater confidence / self esteem and in some cases longer life expectancy.

What inspired you to start your own business?

The lockdown!!!!! The enforced period away from the corporate world gave me a chance to re-evaluate my life and in particular, my work / life balance. I am incredibly passionate about the fitness industry and always have been. I have always run bootcamp's which were very popular up until the lockdown. Unfortunately I had to fit these in around my full time job but I always wanted the opportunity to not only offer more bootcamp's, but also personal training. Now I have the time to commit to it and I do not regret the decision to start up full time one bit..... In fact my only regret is I did not do it sooner!

Why should our clients choose you?

I have a lot of experience not just in terms of functional fitness and weight lifting, but also fat loss, boxing, muay thai, mma, interval and circuit training, which enables me to always make training sessions enjoyable, challenging and with a lot of variety.

As mentioned previously, I also have a wealth of 'real life' fitness experience. I know what works and what is just the latest fad or flavour of the month. It is often said that the best training programme/ diet plan is the one you will stick to. I 100% agree with this, so using my own experience I tailor training to each individual person's capabilities - and to some extent lifestyle.

Yes I have my own App, which has detailed training plans - with video demonstrations, diet plans, weekly checkins, progress photos and much more! So I can train anyone in any part of the country (or world).

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

Social distancing, limited bootcamp numbers, sanitizer spray, masks & wipes available.
