I started my PT sessions with Lewis McLear a few weeks ago before my wedding. I am used to going to the gym and doing my own thing until I found out about LM performance training. I can’t thank Lewis enough for keeping me motivated for my big day. It’s hard work but so much fun. I have noticed big changes in myself and each week I feel I am getting better. The hardest thing for me at the start was the prowler and now Lewis is adding more and more weights and he’s always there to encourage me when I feel I want to give up. I come away from each session feeling great and I will continue training with Lewis after my wedding too.

I would help clients achieve their fitness goals by tailoring their fitness and nutrition plans based on their own specific goals i.e. weight loss, fat loss, build muscle, build confidence etc. These plans would be then amended every few weeks to measure how close you are towards your goals and progress or regress accordingly,

I previously work for a large gym company and hated the way they did business, so I decided to go into business for myself and run it the way I wanted to and the way i feel gyms should run and probably will run in the future.
I have had my own issues with physical health in the past, mainly due to lack of exercise,poor diet and different lifestyle choices, and have found my self at different times in my life over and under weight. I knew that in order to improve my health changes had to be made. Firstly I was over-weight so had to change my diet, take up more physical exercise and change certain parts of my lifestyle, i.e. job. I continued this way, however went to far and became quite under weight. Again made changes to exercise, diet and lifestyle. Clients should choose me because I have been in their position and understand how difficult and frustrating it can be, but any thing is achievable as long as you do your best and that is what I want to help become; their best.
