I have been attending personal training sessions with Sharon for just over two weeks a total of five sessions. I was so embarrassed at my fitness level and always felt uncomfortable in gyms. But I have absolutely loved every session that I've had with Sharon. I love the mixture of boxing and weights and all that other fun stuff. I can already feel a difference in myself! I am feeling more confident in myself and my mind feels clearer and more focused. Sharon makes training fun and is such a positive encourager. She never asks how much I weigh, what I've eaten or about losing weight. But in the time I've been training I have taken more thought and have become more active in eating healthy.
